- Official reseller: authorized Cordless and AVATTO reseller in Egypt, not a one-batch importer.
- Warranty: official brand warranty on every lock, with service handled locally in Egypt (Cairo and Giza technician teams).
- Installation: certified technicians install the lock and verify door and mortise compatibility first; installation support is included with every lock.

- Alexa and smart home: works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home through the Tuya Smart app (lock status, remote unlock, voice commands, routines).
- Security: AES-128 encryption on every lock; fingerprint (about 0.3 s), 3D face recognition (STORM, SKY), PIN, RFID card, phone app and mechanical emergency keys. Emergency USB-C port if batteries run out. Auto-locking deadbolt. Time-limited virtual PINs for guests, tutors and housekeepers.
